Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Computer Science or Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed university with no 3rd Division/Class in any of the examinations.

Type of Candidate: Male and Female

Salary: The selected Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.70,000/- only. They will be absorbed in the rank of 'Senior Officer' of the bank after successful completion of the probation period in the pay scale of Tk.34,300 -INC-1,000x59-93,300 and other admissible benefits with a total initial emoluments of Tk.80,815/ - only per month.

Age: Age should not exceed 30 years (maximum 32 years for the children of Freedom Fighters) as on January 31, 2024.
