Educational Qualification: Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of Graduation in any subject/discipline from UGC approved reputed University / Foreign University with at least a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or First Class/equivalent result and a minimum GPA of 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC, HSC, and equivalent levels.

 In the case of "O" level and "A" level, minimum "5Bs" and "2Bs" respectively.

Experience: Not applicable

Salary: Selected Probationary Officer shall remain on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a consolidated salary of Tk.55,000/- per month. During the probation period, Probationary Officers will have to go through rigorous on-the-job and classroom training programs.

On satisfactory completion of the probation period, Probationary Officer will be confirmed as Senior Officer in the regular scale of the Bank of Tk.65,000/- per month with other admissible benefits.
